Shipping
Currently, we offer “Free Shipping” on all orders within US. This offer is subject to change without notice.
We use USPS Ground Advantage known as First-Class Package Service, UPS and Fedex within US.
International Shipments we use USPS First Class International an the charge is $20.00 flat fee. (Any custom fees due are the customer's responsibility)
Procesing time
All orders received before 12:00 pm ET (Monday through Friday) will be shipped the same day. For orders received after 12:00 pm ET and on weekends or holidays, the order will ship on the next business day.
Can I track my order ?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order in the "My Orders" section of your account on our website.
Damaged or defective product
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with a photo of the damaged item. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
Refunds - Exchanges
Refund or exchanges are only available for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
